To this end we have recorded the performance of our sheep for many years first with the MLC and now with Signet.
Performance recording has been an important driver in our pedigree livestock breeding to help stock meet market demands.
Our flock of 100 pedigree Suffolk ewes is replenished by selecting the best homebred ewe lambs with each ewe chosen on performance, conformation and breed type.
When sourcing replacement rams we aim to buy high index tups from top recorded flocks.
We do not breed for bone!
